  OBITUARY: From the Allentown Morning Call , Saturday, December 26, 1981 MRS. BLANCHE S. ROBERTS Mrs. Blanche S. Roberts, 89, of Cedarbrook, Allentown R. 2, died Thursday in the Allentown and Sacred Heart Hospital Center. She was the widow of Walter A. Roberts. She was a social worker at Cedarbrook and the Good Shepherd Home, Allentown, for many years before retiring in 1961. Born in Allentown, she was a daughter of the late Henry H. and Adlai (Butz) Stephens. She was a member of St. Michael's Evangelical Lutheran Church, Allentown. Surviving are four daughters, Susan, wife of Daniel Wolfe of Indiatlantic, Fla., Julia, wife of Louis Guttman of Rochester, NY, Mrs. Mary Jane Kohn of St. Louis, Mo., and Louise, wife of Alex Hrizuk of Whitehall Township, three sons, John A. of Doylestown, and James and David, both of Allentown, 15 grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, and a great-great-grandchild. Services will be at 3:15 p.m. Tuesday in the church. A calling hour will precede the services. The Bachman Funeral Home, 1030 Walnut St., Allentown is in charge of arrangements.
