  Mildred Katherine Galloway Martin, the daughter of John Alvin Galloway and Claribel Adams Galloway, deceased and Sister to Eugene Isaac, Forrest Allen, and infant Park Galloway, all deceased, married James Kenneth Martin, June 26, 1943. Mildred attended Wesley Middle and three year Wesley High School; Graduated June 11, 1926 from Franklin High School. Franklin, PA. Graduated from Slipery Rock Teachers College, Slipery Rock, PA, June 5, 1928. Starting at age 18, She taught schools in Venango and Mercer counties for 26 years; retiring January 1, 1966 when she and her husband Ken transferred from Grove City, PA to Mt. Vernon, OH, and then returning to Grove City when her husband retied from the plant at Mt. Vernon. She was a "A Worthy Matron" of the Grove City Order of the Eastern Star, Chapter 68, and an active member of the Grace United Methodist Church, Grove City, PA. She and Husband James Kenneth Martin has no children. She was the most gracious and loving Aunt to only nephew ken Galloway.
