  He was probably unmarried. His will was dated 4-1-1776 and he left all his property to his friend Robert Cook. Ichabod was a surveyor of highways in 1744, constable in 1761. Intention of marriage were entered in Scituate 8-7-1756. Between him and Anna Curlile. this is probable the same Ichabod, but if the marriage actually occurred, the wife presumably died childless before1776.
